DEADGRACE

PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: October 14, 2026

The DEADGRACE website at www.deadgrace.com (the “Site”) is operated by GK Entertainment LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit the Site, join our mailing list, or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to personal information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

“Personal information” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. Depending on how you use the Site, we collect:

  • Contact details: your email address, when you join the mailing list, and anything you include when you email us.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, the links you click (for example, a ticket or Spotify link), and the page that referred you. This is collected automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described below.
  • Merch cart: if you add merch to a cart, an identifier for that cart is kept in your browser. Checkout happens on our Shopify store, and anything you enter there is governed by that store’s own privacy policy.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as health or financial details.

COOKIES, PIXELS, AND THE SERVICES WE USE

  • Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) that last up to about 13 months, so we can count visits and see which pages and links are used. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland get these cookies only after choosing “Allow”, and anyone can turn them off by choosing “No thanks” under “Your Privacy Choices”. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) loads only after you choose “Allow”. When it is on, Meta may set cookies (such as _fbp) and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view, that you joined the mailing list, or that you clicked a ticket link. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show ads, including ours, to you on and off Meta’s services. We never send Meta your email address or anything you type into a form. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel hosts the Site and counts page views without cookies.
  • Kit stores the mailing list and sends our emails.
  • Shopify provides merch product data, carts, and checkout.
  • Spotify players embedded on some pages may set Spotify’s own cookies when they load.

YOUR CHOICES ABOUT ADS AND TRACKING

You can change your choice at any time with the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of every page. Choosing “No thanks” switches off the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics cookies for that browser. You can also:

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising for that browser: the Meta Pixel does not load. Other than Global Privacy Control, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

If you choose “Allow”, third parties (Meta and Google) may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • Mailing list: to send you news about DEADGRACE music, shows, and merch. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
  • Running and improving the Site: to understand which pages, links, and shows people are interested in.
  • Advertising: with your consent, to measure our ads on Meta and show them to people likely to be interested.
  • Communicating with you: to answer messages you send us.
  • Security and legal reasons: to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, comply with the law, respond to valid legal process, and enforce our terms.

HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose it only:

  • to service providers that help us run the Site and the mailing list, such as those listed above, who process it on our behalf;
  • to advertising partners (Meta) if you choose “Allow”. Under some state laws, including California’s, this can count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of as described above;
  • when you direct us to, for example by following a link to a third-party site;
  • to our affiliates; and
  • in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the Site, our rights, and the rights of others.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS

The Site links to sites we don’t operate, such as ticket sellers, streaming services, and social networks. Their own privacy policies and terms apply there, and we aren’t responsible for their practices. Including a link doesn’t mean we endorse that site.

CHILDREN’S DATA

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

SECURITY AND RETENTION

No security measures are perfect, and information sent over the internet may not be secure in transit. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to our providers’ retention settings, and other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights. They are not absolute, and in some cases we may decline a request as permitted by law.

  • Access / know the personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Portability: receive a copy of your personal information.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, using “Your Privacy Choices” or Global Privacy Control as described above.
  • Manage communications with the unsubscribe link in any email.

If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you may also object to or ask us to restrict processing, and where we rely on your consent (for example, for the Meta Pixel and, in those regions, Google Analytics), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that already happened.

To exercise any of these rights, email help@deadgrace.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent if you give them written permission and verify your identity with us. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, contact us first. Depending on where you live, you may be able to appeal our decision or complain to your local data protection authority.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and elsewhere. If we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK equivalent), unless the destination has been found to provide adequate protection.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date.
